1. Eligibility

• Fighters must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Applicants must provide accurate and truthful information.
• BXF reserves the right to reject or approve applications at its discretion.

2. Fight Rules & Regulations

• All fighters must comply with BXF competition rules and safety regulations.
• Fighters must pass medical clearance before competing.
• Any form of performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs) is strictly prohibited.

3. Liability & Waiver

• Fighters participate at their own risk.
• BXF, its organizers, and sponsors are not liable for any injuries or damages sustained before, during, or after the fight.
• Fighters must sign an official waiver before competing.

4. Media & Broadcasting Rights

• By applying, fighters grant BXF full rights to use their name, image, fight footage, and likeness for promotional and commercial purposes.
• Fights will be broadcasted and shared across BXF’s media platforms.
• Fighters cannot claim additional compensation for media usage.

5. Payment & Sponsorships

• Fighters may receive prize money, bonuses, or sponsorship deals based on performance and agreements.
• BXF is not responsible for third-party sponsorships outside of official agreements.

6. Code of Conduct

• Fighters must maintain professional behavior at all times.
• Any form of violence outside the ring, disrespect, or unsportsmanlike conduct will lead to immediate disqualification.

7. Application & Withdrawal

• Fighters may withdraw their application before selection.
• Once a fight contract is signed, fighters must commit to the event unless a valid reason (injury, medical emergency) is provided.
